When we build and manage AI solutions for your business, we may access business data (documents, FAQs, product information) necessary to train and configure your AI assistant. This data is:

• Used solely to configure and operate your specific AI implementation
• Stored securely on AWS infrastructure with client isolation
• Never shared with other clients or third parties
• Never used to train public AI models

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Hosting, infrastructure, and AI services including AWS Bedrock for chatbot functionality.
• Google Workspace: Business email and productivity tools.
• Analytics providers: For website traffic analysis (data is anonymized).
• Calendar/scheduling tools: For booking consultations.

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Consultation inquiry data is retained for up to 2 years. Client project data is retained for the duration of the service agreement and up to 1 year after termination unless otherwise agreed.

We implement industry-standard security measures including AWS-hosted infrastructure, SSL/TLS encryption, and access controls to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. We Do Not Sell Your Data

AedifyHQ does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell data. Period.
